Surrounding yourself with like minded people on the same journey can only be beneficial.
There are Numerous buddy options- friend, partner, work colleague, your child. This can help share; the load, excitement of delicious foods and the overall healthy living journey.
It might come as a surprise but a simple sandwich is a winner for lunch- a protein source (lean meat, egg, sardines, salmon, tuna, cheese, tofu), wholegrain bread and packed with salad ingredients, at least enough to double the size of the sandwich, can’t be that hard to do can it?
