Sometimes we do need to make lifestyle changes to improve our health and we need a plan, support and self kindness not guilt to help us.
In terms of dietary New Year habits let’s look at a few steps to help with success.
Get support from health professionals and NON DIETING people around you.... don't get sucked into the latest magazine's quick fix solution and office talk on their dieting plans.
Planning is a key to success in most areas of life and it is no different for your health. Give your food intake some time and attention for planning, change wont just happen. We are looking for keys to long term success.
My plan for this year is as I am creeping towards 50 is to maintain strength as muscle mass rapidly declines with age and I have a lot of the world to still see. I will start some basic exercises at home (I need to pick a time and schedule it in) and include some protein in my snacks.
